YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You lead and grow a high-performing engineering team, coaching frontend, backend, and AI engineers to foster ownership, collaboration and excellence
- You own the technical direction of distributed service architecture, guiding the team toward scalable, reliable and observable systems
