Job Description

We work together. Your team and the people you will work with…

We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.

As a leader at UW, you will balance short-term delivery with long-term sustainability to ensure your team does their best work. You will take an integral role in defining team goals and driving prioritisation to achieve them.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • People Development: Onboarding, training, and coaching reports, while participating in performance calibration and promotion reviews.

  • Performance Tracking: Measuring team performance and communicating progress against KPIs and milestones.
