Role Overview:
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Growth Engineering Team. This role involves managing and expanding a team of 5 engineers, focusing on driving user acquisition, engagement, and monetization. The team primarily uses Angular for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5 engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and experimentation.
- Stay hands-on with the codebase, ensuring high-quality software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product-led growth initiatives.
- Implement best practices for software development and team management.
- Analyze and optimize system performance to support rapid growth.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of management experience in an engineering role.
- Strong technical background with proficiency modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience in a product-led growth (PLG) SaaS environment, preferably in a growth-focused role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$200,000—$242,500 USD
