We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead, grow, and inspire our teams as we continue building the future of hospitality technology. 

What You’ll Be Up To 

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll drive people leadership, delivery, strategy, technical excellence, and operational health across your teams. Your core responsibilities: 

  • Build, mentor, and retain a healthy, high-performing engineering team. 
  • Own predictable, high-quality delivery while maintaining a sustainable pace. 
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Tech Leads, and Staff+ engineers on roadmap and long-term technical strategy. 
  • Ensure strong engineering standards, operational readiness, and a blameless incident culture. 
  • Develop and consequently refining an AI-driven development pipeline. 
  • Improve engineering KPIs (DORA). 
  • Communicate clearly across teams and leadership, shaping culture and aligning priorities. 
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, team composition, and long-term talent development. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Experienced software engineer, including several years in engineering leadership. 
  • Strong technical foundation; backend experience (C#/.NET) and cloud knowledge (AWS or other comparable providers like Azure) are necessary. 
  • Experience with distributed systems, DevOps practices, and modern infrastructure tooling (Terraform, Docker). Bonus: experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka). 
  • A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for healthy teams and long-term quality. 
  • Passion and experience in AI-driven SDLC.
