Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the teamThe Collaboration team helps Stripe employees work smarter, find information, share knowledge, get to know each other, and request and receive help from one another.
Many of our solutions are integrated into Stripe Home, our custom-built intranet (read more about it here: (https://stripe.com/blog/stripe-home).
The team is very nimble and works across a wide stack: on any given day, we discuss user interface design, data models, API design, infrastructure maintenance, search relevance/GenAI, or all of the above. We're excited to innovate in a space not traditionally thought of as being at the forefront of innovation.
As a team that builds critical, company-wide tools, we prioritize projects with the highest leverage. This involves extensive cross-functional collaboration, partnering with groups ranging from engineering to HR to top management. One of the greatest rewards is seeing the direct impact our work has on our users: our fellow Stripe employees.

- Push our vision for the internal tools space to be the best-in-the-industry powered by the latest technologies and convert it to real productivity gains for Stripe employees
- Lead engineering and design processes, and coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team as they build innovative, user-facing solutions
