As an Engineering Manager, you'll drive both the technical strategy and team development for a mission-critical team that centralizes and simplifies access management for sensitive clinical and financial data across Europe's healthcare organizations.

- Lead and Manage: Guide a team of 6 Software Engineers who specialize in data access and authorization, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering their professional growth
- Drive Gold Standard Vision: Lead the team’s mission to become the gold standard for access control within Doctolib's platform
- Implement Advanced Frameworks: Oversee the development of advanced, scalable authorization frameworks, including role-based and API-driven controls that support both clinical and financial features
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, legal, and data protection teams to translate complex healthcare requirements into technical solutions
- AI Tooling: Knowledge of AI tools and modern development practices
- Management Experience: 3+ years of engineering management experience with demonstrated people leadership skills
- Technical Background: 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical foundation
- High-Growth Environment: Experience in high-speed environments and scaling companies, with ability to be self-sufficient and entrepreneurial
- API Development: Experience building and maintaining APIs for permissions/authorization systems
- Technical Proficiency: Backend development experience, preferably in environments similar to Doctolib's tech stack
