Your Role:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of software systems, spanning frontend (UI/UX, client-side) and backend (APIs, microservices, infrastructure) using agile SDLC processes.
- Oversee code reviews, testing, deployment, and monitoring to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues—frontend rendering bugs to backend outages—conduct root cause analysis, and draft incident reports.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize roadmaps, manage backlogs, and address technical debt.
- Estimate effort, set timelines, and communicate transparently about risks and delays.
- Hire, mentor, and grow top engineering talent to elevate operational excellence.
Qualifiers:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in either backend or frontend development
- 1+ years managing technical teams across frontend, backend, or full-stack domains.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment practices.
