What you will do:

  • Attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent, fostering personal and professional growth while ensuring high-quality results.

  • Lead and mentor others in addressing technical, business, and personnel challenges using problem-solving and process improvement methodologies. 

  • Make independent decisions on issues at the project, program, or portfolio level.

  • Lead high-complexity projects, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and ensuring the achievement of project goals. 

  • Guide cross-functional teams in influencing technical areas, fostering innovation, and achieving business objectives. 

  • Drive financial accountability for projects, including budget creation, projections, and tracking at both team and R&D business unit levels.

  • Lead teams in ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for projects and programs in the medical device space.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders, customers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to develop strategies that meet both clinical and business needs. 

What you need:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or applicable technical field. 

  • 8+ years of applicable experience, with 2+ years of direct people management experience. 

  • Fluent spoken and written in English 

  • Experience in the medical devices industry 

  • Proven ability to deliver programs or business goals on time, on quality, and within budget. 

  • Experience executing talent and performance management strategies. 


 

Travel Percentage: 20%
