Behind the user-friendly iOS and Android apps and webpage that work across the world is the engineering team. We are in charge of creating, developing, improving, and maintaining all Fever services so that more people can have an amazing experience.
About the roleWe are looking for a talented individual to transition into a management role, leading our dynamic engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our technical direction while growing your leadership skills.
Your task will include:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

- Technical education, engineering or similar
- Experience in PHP ie: Symfony, Slim or Laravel.

- Experience applying best practices in technical teams (Agile methodologies, peer reviews, testing, sprints execution...).
