About The Role:
- Technically own solution delivery, including roadmap execution and integration with customer systems
- Lead the delivery engineering team, ensuring technical quality and timely execution
- Guide the team through agile planning, task estimation, code reviews, and sprint delivery
- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and recommend optimal solutions
- Support the creation of technical proposals and IT compliance documentation
- Conduct systems analysis and propose enhancements for improved software quality
- Produce clear and detailed software designs and architectural specifications
- Manage task prioritization and delivery pacing in partnership with service delivery leads
- Represent the delivery team in technical discussions with external partners and clients
- Own the induction process for new team members to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements
● Bachelors of Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related.
● 6+Years of experience of software development experience with a focus on delivery and integration
● Experience in using MS SQL server and advanced features.
● Experience in working with git code versioning & branching techniques.
● Experience in web application optimization techniques
● Experience in RESTful API development
● Experience in software solution and architecture design
● Experience in building microservices
● Experience in code refactoring
● Experience in .Net Core is a plus.
● Experience in building apps on top of Azure stack is a plus.
