We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to play a critical role in leading our IT engineering function, maintaining and enhancing technology platforms and ensuring seamless digital experiences across all customer touchpoints.
You will lead a talented team of engineers while collaborating closely with Product, Technology and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive the strategic direction and execution of key technology initiatives.

- Monitor and analyse platform performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement to enhance the customer experience.
