Key responsibilities and duties:
Ensuring compliance with all applicable MRP within the Engineering, Log Book & GOLDesp functions.
Investigating findings resulting from independent quality audits, ensuring full root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions, within their area of responsibility.
Ensuring human factors principals are implemented within their area of responsibility.
Providing a common work card or worksheet system to be used throughout relevant parts of the organisation and ensure such documents comply with the MRP.
Raising of Occurrence reports, and Processing of Loose Article Checks.
Recording and notifying any inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous procedure, practice, information, or maintenance instruction contained in the maintenance data used by maintenance personnel to the author of maintenance data.
Ensuring through the workforce within their area of responsibility, that the quality of workmanship in the final product is to a standard acceptable to the organisation and the MAA.
Implementation of the quality and safety policies within their area of responsibility.
Ensuring the availability of sufficient competent personnel to plan, perform, supervise, inspect and certify the work being performed.
Ensuring the availability of tools, equipment and materials to perform the planned tasks.
Engagement with FLM & Team to ensure business objectives are met.
Ensuring the availability of all necessary maintenance data.
Supplying the necessary technical documents for customers and storage of the organisation’s technical records.
Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.
