About the role 

Nexperia Internship Program is the program that allow the students to dive into the world of semiconductor technology by gaining hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and contribute to innovative semiconductor related projects.

What you will do

• Understand and hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing process and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement process control measures.
• Assist in monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency.
• Work on a defined project to assess and analyze the impact of specific changes in the manufacturing process.
• Involving in cross functional collaboration with R&D, Engineering and quality team.

What you will need

• Currently pursuing a Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Field ie. Mechanical, Electrical Electronic or a related discipline.
• Strong academic performance with average CGPA not less than 3.3
• Basic understanding of Engineering principles and practices
• Active learning attitude with self-motivation, self-driven growth mindset.
