Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
Responsible to build up and maintain the MDM in ERP and PLM system. Including but not limited to BOM, Routing, Scrap Rate.
Responsible to issue the weekly Engineering KPI and provide analysis.
Responsible for support engineering and material master data management in appropriate ERP /Maximo system operating.
Support validation activities and data collection.
Support digital initiatives.
Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
Follow J&J Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training.
Follow GMP requirements.
Performs other duties assigned as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS
- A minimum of associate degree.
- Fluent in English is preferred.
- GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet analysis, data management.
