We are seeking a motivated and driven Engineering Intern to join our team. As an Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work alongside experienced engineers on various projects, learning about the practical applications of engineering principles and contributing to the development of innovative solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills, network with professionals, and grow in your engineering career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the engineering team with general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and organizing files.
• Support data entry, database management, and maintaining project records.
• Conduct research and compile reports on engineering-related topics or industry trends.
• Help organize and maintain engineering documentation, manuals, and technical files.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes for the engineering team.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
• Manage inventory of engineering supplies and equipment.
• Help with the preparation and review of technical specifications and reports.
• Support the engineering department with routine maintenance of tools and software.
• Monitor and manage engineering equipment and software licenses, ensuring everything is up to date.
• Assist with internal testing, data collection, and analysis.
• Shadow engineers to gain exposure to the day-to-day work and industry best practices.

Here's what we're looking for: 

• Academic Program: You are enrolled in a Bachelor's degree [Engineering Discipline, e.g., Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Civil, etc.].
• Skillset:
• You possess strong academic background with basic knowledge of engineering principles.
• You possess strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having strong attention to detail and accuracy is always a benefit.
• Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship.
• Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week.
