Job DescriptionThe Director of Engineering leads the engineering department, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of technical strategies. This role is responsible for managing engineering teams, aligning technical goals with business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products or solutions. The Engineering Director plays a key leadership role in scaling teams, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of systems and platforms.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Proven experience managing large-scale engineering teams and complex projects.
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and agile methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical involvement.
