Our product is implementing the most innovative cybersecurity techniques in vulnerability assessment, entitlement visualization, standards compliance tracking, and much more.

Technical context: Your job will be to lead half of the engineering organization for the Tenable Identity Exposureproduct (around 25 people).

Your Opportunity:

• Participate in putting together the high level strategic product vision in close relationship with the VP Engineering, the VP Product, the other director and the Senior Product Managers
• Share the high level with Product owners (managers) and teams
• Help the team translating this vision into impactful features and changes
• Be a People Manager and Coach for Engineering Managers
• Improve organizational processes, both within teams, across our organization’s perimeter and beyond it when working with external parties
• Ensuring that the technical decisions taken by the team are aligned with the product vision

What You'll Need:

• Engineering Management experience
• You have managed teams, ideally teams of managers, for several years and have been responsible for roadmaps, product decisions, and providing reliable estimates of delivery dates
• Software engineering experience; A solid background in software engineering is required
• It allows you to understand the technical issues our teams are facing
• Customer centric mindset; your ultimate satisfaction comes from creating great products that make a difference for their users
