Job Description:
What You'll be Doing
- Directs all aspects of the engineering function within an organization.
- Provides technical guidance and ensures sound engineering procedures and effective use of facilities.
- Ensures that products and processes are introduced, designed, and re-designed in order to meet the organization's objectives.
- Ensures all engineering activities are in accordance with organizational standards.
- Approves costs for engineering department.
- Responsible for managing the sales efforts of their team and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company's vision.
- Direct/Execute strategy that motivates sales teams to reach sales goals and deliver results. Maintain senior level relationships at customers, suppliers, and Arrow corporate.
- Lead value added sales opportunities by implementing engineering strategies.

- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
What We Are Looking For
Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
