  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the technology team, mentoring and developing engineers to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between engineering, product management, design, and business units to conceptualize and deliver new features and products.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from prototyping and testing to deployment and maintenance.
  • Champion best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, and ensure adherence to industry standards in SEO, performance optimization, and security.
  • Communicate effectively with all team members and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and that everyone is working toward shared objectives.
  • Leverage your understanding of lead generation, prospect sales, and yield management processes to drive business growth and optimize revenue through technology-driven solutions in a B2B context.

What We're Looking For...

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Strong experience in collaborating across departments and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Expertise in modern web technologies, including React, Next.js, NodeJS, GraphQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering them on time and within budget.
  • Experience in lead generation and a strong understanding of how to effectively sell leads/prospects to the right buyers, with knowledge of yield management processes to build technology around revenue optimization.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, web performance optimization, and Core Web Vitals, with a commitment to continuous improvement in these areas.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
