Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Engineering Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Engineering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering projects, ensuring smooth communication between various departments, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate engineering activities and projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, technical reports, and presentations
- Liaise between engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for engineering projects
- Coordinate site visits and inspections as needed
- Support the implementation of engineering standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to enhance project efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in engineering coordination or related field
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar engineering software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
