Job Description
- To manage the engineering office in the absence of the Chief Engineer
- Ensure that all maintenance requests are prioritized and are dealt with in an efficient manner, by technically proficient and guest-friendly technicians
- Advise other colleagues on Health & Safety rules and processes
- Access to computer and do computer work as instructed by Chief Engineer
- Act as storekeeper in the absence of the engineering storekeeper in charge
- Prepare and monitor gate passes for the engineering items sending for repair, replacement, sample items, refill, and to inform security once items received
- Prepares requisition for items from main store and as per store issuing day
- To prepare duty rosters, daily attendance, and weekly attendance sheets in a timely manner.
- Outgoing personality, digitally savvy; training skills will be added advantage
Qualifications
- At least two years experience, in Engineering Administration within the hospitality industry, luxury resorts is an advantage
- Efficient coordinating and liaising skills
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English communication
