What you'll do:

  • Be a leading voice in team discussions and decisions
  • Propose and develop technical solutions
  • Foster adoption of best coding practices and patterns
  • Engage and ensure the code quality
  • Understand the front and backend ecosystem and deployment process
  • Lead the team technically
  • Benchmark technology and development practices
  • Maintain documentation, charts and diagrams
  • Monitor and improve monitoring dashboards
  • Provide technical guidance to the team
  • Being a change agent in a huge process of growth
  • Scaling of the application to new locations
  • Implementing and improving migration process automation
  • Starting projects from scratch while working in an environment with mature processes
  • Deployment of incremental software releases
  • Collaboration with the international cross-functional team
  • Writing technical documentation
  • Undertaking business trips
  • Working in a multinational environment (with people around the globe and time zones)

What you'll need:

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
  • Proven practical experience in the leading role
  • Upper-intermediate strong or Advanced English level for day-to-day communication with the team and client
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to lead communication with cross-cultural users and partners as well as with internal team members
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Experience with software, systems, and infrastructure architecture
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving;
  • Proficiency in optimizing software adaptability through configuration and parameterization
  • Experience with Java, Spring framework, and Python
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with microservices architecture and patterns
  • Experience in micro-frontends pattern
  • Experience with event-driven architecture
  • Azure Dev Ops, Kubernetes, Docker, Test Automation
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Lead technical discussions
  • Experience in leading the deployment of systems into production
  • Experience in a high-paced, high-growth environment working with deadlines and milestones
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Have a solid understanding of clean software design principles
  • Good active listening skills, the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders
  • Ability to go on business trips
