Job Description SummaryThe Engineering Change Coordinator is responsible for all system design changes involving engineering specification changes and product structure updates in MyWorkshop. The Engineering Change Coordinator works with the engineering, QA, RA, Sourcing and manufacturing to scope, configure to order design changes and additional supplier specific features including cost and schedule. An important part of the job is to assist engineers for design update and exactly perform the MWS activity for each opportunity in timely manner.

글로벌 의료기기 회사 GE Ultrasound 성남 R&D Center에서 Engineering Change Coordinator (사원/대리급)를 채용합니다. 시스템/기술/제품사양 등의 디자인 변경점에 대해 및 유관 부서 (Engineering, QA, RA, Sourcing, Manufacturing 등)와의 조율 및 문서화를 담당하며, 장비 개발/연구 단계에 있어 중심적인 역할을 맡습니다. 신입 지원도 가능하며, 의료기기 산업에 열정적인 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initial release and maintenance the design change process using with MWS application
  • Interfaces with all of the multi-functional teams for engineering design release and change
  • Support LSI and provides resource to set the field replaceable units
  • Track and supervise the global import permit using IT system and service spare parts setup process
  • Actively communicate all contract and project requirements for new product introduction's milestones
  • Identify and report quality or compliance issues and take immediate corrective action as necessary.
  • Prepare and clarify an engineering action assessment to communicate design changes to QA/RA/Sourcing and the global vendor chain

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate level in English for communication and documentation
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
