Engineering Associate (Quality and Testing Engineering)

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with at least 3 days of in office time. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship or Visa Transfers.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in the design, development, integration, testing, deployment and support of technology solutions for complex and challenging business requirements 

• Understand Software Development Lifecycle process, quality, security and compliance requirements 

• Support implementation of moderate to complex projects 

• Develop skills in multiple domains with training 

• Receive direction from senior resources and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area 

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals 

• Interact with internal customers 

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of Technology Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•  6 + months of .Net, Java, Python, JavaScript framework (Angular, React or Django) or C# 

• Experience with databases such as Oracle, Teradata, Autosys, Spark or cloud experience application development (Azure or Google GCP) 

• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and secure protocol (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, or NDM) 

• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies

• Experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
