Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers, to apply problem solving skills to identify causes of field failure and customer dissatisfaction
Co-ordinate technical analysis by cross-functional team and communicate to customers
Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational quality issues
SPC trend, analyze and monitor key performance indicators, suggest improvements, and escalate to supervisor/ management as necessary
Prepare FTQ reports and scrap reports
Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external
Support Quality Improvement projects
Support PPAP submission
Support Q-Plan development and planning
Support Internal and External audit (ISO/IATF 16949, customer audit)
• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics)
• Knowledge with Quality engineering tools is an added advantage
• Knowledge with SMT process is an added advantage
• Knowledge with PCBA assembly process is an added advantage
• Knowledge with Bulk Capacitor fabrication process is an added advantage
• Fresh Grad or with experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and relentlessly drive continuous improvement
