Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Test Engineering Manager located in SLC, UT.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. This role plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain manufacturing control systems for equipment, process, product, automation, and box build.
• Responsible for the test engineering team
• In charge of to be in touch with Flex development team
• In charge to be the focal point to discuss technical test w/ Customer
• Solutions to implement NPI and sustain the products that we already have
• Experience in CEC- Cloud Enterprise Communications
• Experience with Servers, Racks, Mainframes, Storages

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related.
• Experience in CEC- Cloud Enterprise Communications
• Experience with Servers, Racks, Mainframes, Storages
• Bachelor engineering or related field
• Able to train others
• Able to communicate effectively
• Experience with Test scripts
• Experience with Big customers and high speed- manufacturing
• Problem solver
• Self-started
• Teamwork
