Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.
These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver artifacts that set high engineering excellence standards across organization
• Develop platform, services and architecture from design to implementation
• Continues applied research and innovation to drive value through engineering excellence
• collaborate with our cross-functional teams consisting of Business, product managers, and engineers in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Guides conversations to remove blockers and encourage collaboration across teams.
• Solves technical problems of the highest scope, complexity, and ambiguity by implementing PoC
• Strategy Map development - Current State, Future state and a map with paths from current to future product horizons
• Prepare user requirements, technical specifications, design specifications and commissioning plans
• Positioning value with business stakeholders - differentiating features and capabilities that provide demonstrable benefit
• Teach, mentor, grow, and provide advice to other domain experts, individual contributors, across several teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience required of Software Developer experience
• 6+ years hands on experience of developing high performing scalable platform architecture, distributed computing using private and public cloud like AWS, Azure, Google etc
• 6 +Hands on experience of creating cloud native applications, microservices architecture at scale is a must have
• 6 +Proven expertise on profiler, security tools, design tools and methodologies, cloud etc.
• Experience working with diverse technologies: Java, Public Cloud (Azure), Cloud (Docker, Microservices/SpringBoot), RDBMS (MySQL) + nosql (Cassandra, MongoDB, Elastic), APIs (REST, Graph QL), API gateways (Kong etc.), Data Streaming (Kafka), Visualization (Grafana, Kibana), ELK stack (Elastic, Logstash, and Kibana), Infra as Code( Terraform)
• Experience of developing no touch application by following the principal of infrastructure as code, policy as code, everything as code and highly self-service
• Experience on open source technology , zero trust security, threat modeling, deep implementation knowledge on cyber security
• Experience working with US stakeholders, and working in matrix organizations
• Deep experience and knowledge on distributed architecture, microservices, Machine Learning & AI
• Built low latency, highly resilient and scalable application
• Ability to develop zero downtime CI/CD pipeline
