ABOUT THE ROLE:


Side is looking for a person who will be responsible for the technical design, development, and code review of Side’s first company-wide Customer Portal. This role will be part of the Salesforce team responsible for the implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud across multiple personas and business functions. They will be actively involved in the design sessions with business analysts, product managers, and other technical team members, and will be expected to bring technology skills and experience to the team.

SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ years of experience building and delivering Salesforce Communities solutions
  • 5+ years working on Lightning Platform
  • 5+ years of in-depth understanding of the following Salesforce programming languages:
  • APEX
  • Force.com
  • Aura web components
  • Lightning Web Components
  • CSS
  • 5+ years working with integrations between Salesforce and multiple other platforms and technologies
  • 5+ years of experience with the following skill sets:
  • Apex Classes
  • Controllers and Triggers
  • Visualforce
  • Process Builder
  • Workflows
  • React JS
  • SOQL
  • 5+ Years requirements gathering from functional business partners
  • 5+ Years writing functional requirements documents
  • 5+ Years developing unit test cases and user acceptance test cases
  • Certifications Required: Salesforce Community Consultant Certification, Salesforce Architect Domain Certifications, Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Demonstrated Jira experience - expert user. Relevant skills: Epic management, user story and issue management.

  • Ability to excel in an unstructured environment of rapid growth and constant evolution
  • Communicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable way
  • In-depth understanding of data model and application development
  • Advanced experience with APEX, VisualForce, Process Automation, Triggers Data Modeling and Management, API development, and External Service Integration.
