This is your chance to join a startup in one of the most exciting phases, where you can help shape the company during a phase of rapid growth and play a vital part in our success. We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant who can partner closely with our account executives to show prospective customers the incredible capabilities of our platform.

You’ll meet with customers as they begin to explore UserLeap, advocating for them and deeply investing in their success. You’ll build trusting relationships, serving as an advisor and counselor able to translate their business challenges into actionable plans for success. You’ll manage multiple threads across different teams, maintaining the north star of providing the most value for our customers. You’ll help guide them through the sales process through implementation, serving as the strategic consultant and product specialist throughout their journey. You’ll become an expert not just on our platform, but on the customers’ ecosystem and business challenges, so you can provide specific and actionable guidance every step of the way.

Your job is to see the world from the customers’ eyes and make sure they can move their product research practice to UserLeap.

UserLeap is based in San Francisco, CA. The company has raised $60M led by Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, and First Round Capital, and has recently been featured in articles by TechCrunch and Business Insider. Customers include Dropbox, Square, OpenDoor, Loom, Shift, and Codecademy.

About the Role

  • Engage deeply with potential customers to understand their business, objectives, goals, and obstacles to identify where UserLeap can add value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to potential customers, balancing a deep understanding of the platform and its capabilities with baseline knowledge of technical requirements.
  • Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate to potential customers how UserLeap can best address their use cases, designing solutions and sharing best practices throughout the sales process.
  • Oversee and support specific client requests including security, compliance, and procurement reviews, working cross-functionally to meet customer needs.
  • Influence the roadmap by providing feedback directly to the Product team based on what customers are requesting.
  • Excellent communicator, able to both actively listen as customers share their challenges and to identify and recommend specific solutions.

About You

  • 3-5+ years in software implementation, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience guiding customers or prospective customers through sales and/or implementation process of enterprise products or platforms.
  • Understanding and ability to respond to common enterprise technical and implementation concerns.
  • Curiosity regarding different customer challenges and desire to co-develop creative solutions.
  • Strong communications skills with a confident and proactive approach to client management
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts quickly
