Your Impact
This is a mid-level role with opportunity for rapid professional growth and the chance to contribute to the success of a software startup with accelerated growth inside a public company. You will collaborate with various departments and teams to position the client for a successful engagement. Come work as a vital member of a client facing, cross-functional team to deliver on the value proposition of our Software Solutions.

 

Location: Remote in the United States - up to 10% travel
Reports to: AJ Banda

What You’ll Do

  • Work as a member of the Software Services Team
  • Represent Axon’s technical expertise to an agency through superior support services
  • Collaborate with the customer and make the right technical decisions to accomplish their intended outcomes
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve issues
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Log & provide detailed notes on each customer interaction
  • Develop knowledge base articles on top issues
  • Solve problems effectively in an ever-evolving environment
  • Report bugs and trends to the necessary Axon teams
  • Proactively improve knowledge and develop analytical and technical skills
  • Provide back-up support to other Software Support teams - Integrations, NIBRS, Data

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor in Information Technology, Operations, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • Proficient SQL Skills: experience writing complex queries and Statements, Data Definitions, Data modeling and Normalization
  • Coding experience, particularly JSON
  • Experience working with relational databases and SQL
  • Experience with API troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical and systems-level solutions for enterprise software.
  • Must have intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach
  • Must be a strong communicator (both oral & written)
  • Experience with the Azure Cloud Ecosystem
  • Ability to articulate at a technical level appropriate to the circumstance – i.e. for clients with varying levels of IT knowledge and skillset
  • Experience with writing technical and process documentation
  • Must be able to pass a CJIS Level 4 background check

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 80,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 120,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 100,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 150,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
