About the Role:
We are looking for React Native Engineers at all levels to join our mobile team in a growth focused role. This person will work on platforms that impact millions of users for Aura Mobile applications and other security products within our suite. You will collaborate with Engineering leaders, Product, Design, and Server teams to design, develop and optimize features for rapidly growing our customer base.
Day to Day:
In this role, you will be doing the following things on a daily basis:

• Implementing feature improvements and telemetry in code to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Optimizing the mobile marketing funnels for both iOS and Android
• Reviewing code of other mobile software engineers
• Providing guidance and support for growth related work in our Google Play and App Store product listings, such as subscription SKU management and rapid release iterations for market testing
• Providing technical input as it relates to the needs of growing our subscriber base

What you bring to the table:
You have a relentless focus on quality code and improve our code base through continuous refactoring. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail and quality oriented, as well as passionate about having a huge impact in providing privacy and security to millions of our users.
You have some ideas about why customers would and would not subscribe/purchase Aura Suite, and can translate those ideas into technical recommendations. After your recommendations are implemented and shipped to production you also know how to measure, iterate, and prove outcomes using data from app telemetry that you designed.

• React Native development skills
• Android/iOS Native development skills
• Object oriented programming, data structures, unit testing, scrum, git
• Experience developing IaP flows
• Experience with A/B testing
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent job experience
• Intermediate+ English

It would be great if you also had:

• Experience working in a globally distributed team (our team is located in USA, Europe, and India)
• Experience working with App Store Connect and Google Play Developer Console
• Java, Kotlin, Swift , Objective-C, macOS development is a plus
• Proven experience of ES6/ES5, ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and other frontend related languages will be an additional advantage
