Job Description

As a Software Engineer III at Frost, you would:

• Perform daily administration, troubleshooting and issue resolution of the ServiceNow platform
• Design, build, test, implement, and document solutions in ServiceNow to include catalog items, forms, workflows and integrations
• Collaborate with and provide technical advice to Product Owners, Business Analysts, and lines of business to estimate level-of-effort, timing, and feasibility, to design solutions based on business requirements, and to optimize system and program functionality
• Review solutions for a group of software engineers to ensure alignment with business needs, change control procedures, and Frost development standards
• Analyze, test and deploy ServiceNow releases
• Protect the integrity of the CMDB
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

To be successful, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, in a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of ServiceNow System Administrator/Developer experience including ITSM and ITAM modules
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues across interrelated programs and systems and develop the appropriate solutions, typically requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience
• Strong understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures associated with solution development within the ServiceNow platform

An exceptional candidate might have:

• ITIL Certifications in ITIL 4 Foundation or ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support (CDS)
• ServiceNow Certifications in Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS - IT Service Management, CIS - Discovery, CIS - Hardware Asset Management, CIS - Security Incident Response, or CIS - Vulnerability Response
