This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
  • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement


HR Compensation Experience

  • Experience with Sales Incentive Compensation programs and processes with a thorough understand ing of incentive plan implementation methodolog ies
  • Experience with Sales Compensation calculation structures , understand incentive plan requirements, and the ability to build rule logic based on complex scenarios


Essential Job Functions

  • Expert in the analysis of incentive plans and able to transform into business rule architecture for use in Oracle ICM Incentive calculation designs
  • Understand, identify, and evaluate various data sources, meet with data providers to negotiate and contract data transmissions for data from transactional, participant, and other business systems in order to integrate into the Incentive systems
  • Create best practice documentation for Oracle ICM incentive plan implementations
  • Design analytical reports for Incentive Plan effectiveness and provide a dynamic end user experience
  • Experienced in creating OTBI and BIP reports/Data Model
  • Provide Functional, Technical Design, and Operational documentation
  • Ability to work with offshore teams and across time zones to ensure coordination, effective communication, and optimal productivity with high quality deliverables.
  • Create complex queries using PL/SQL for research and table navigation purposes
  • Work closely with the Project Management team to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met in a constantly changing environment. Must collaborate with other teams to align with Agile methodolog y


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Develops, reviews and maintains process documentation to ensure that internal standards are met and adhere to corporate audit process es
  • Collaborate s with various teams to align with their relevant process output
  • Experience d in using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
