Job Description We would like engineers that:• Have a track record of providing production support within an SRE or production support team. • Are passionate technologists who want to use the latest SRE technologies such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace and Splunk to modernize the production environment • Passionate about performing production incident management and root cause analysis. Knowledge with ServiceNow is plus.• Have experience /knowledge with relational databases, UNIX, Windows and Java. Have a understanding of Cloud infrastructure.• Have experience /knowledge in improving resiliency, stability, availability of applications and in building monitoring platforms to enable our platform to meet SLO and SLI objectives agreed with the Business.• Are comfortable working directly with the JPMorgan business e.g. Operations and Client Services teams and have good communication skills.
• Engage with tools and operations teams to address failure patterns and incidents
