ABOUT THE TEAM 

The Wellness Engineering team is looking to add our first QA Engineer! Our team's mission is to build product experiences that meaningfully and tangibly improve the financial health of our members. We accomplish this through features that allow members to set up smart savings plans, receive interest-free cash advances before they receive their paycheck, and gain an understanding of their net worth. As we work to bring additional value to our members, we will be focusing on features that make maintaining a healthy financial life seamless and automatic.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:

  • Create and update manual test cases that accurately reflect real user flows
  • Execute manual feature and regression testing
  • Identify, document, and help others reproduce bugs
  • Help maintain testing processes, data, and tools
  • Contribute to technical planning from a quality and testing perspective

ABOUT YOU 🦄

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience testing consumer-facing applications
  • You can understand complex systems and creatively solve technical problems
  • You are good at communicating technical information both verbally and through documentation
  • You have strong user empathy and care about user experience
  • You collaborate well with cross-functional teams that include members in Product, Data, and Customer Experience roles
