Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support development teams in the Scrum process
  • Attend Daily Scrum meeting
  • Verify acceptance criteria and sign off on stories
  • Execute manual and automated test cases
  • Review test results
  • Define Automation strategy aligned to Application goals
  • Should be able to augment existing testing framework
  • Understands severity and priority of defects, usability, test scenarios and business impacts
  • Should be able to prioritize Features and Use Cases as per biz priority
  • Codes automated test scripts
  • Develop Expertise on one Test Automation Tool, demonstrate capability through material value add
  • Mentor team in demonstrating their capability through expertise in writing complex scenarios, critical defects etc.
  • Innovative and qualitative approach with strategic thinking to problem statement

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance
  • 5+ years of experience working on Scrum teams.
  • 5+ years of experience working with API's
  • 5+ years of experience working with UI automation tools
  • 5+ years of experience creating test cases from requirements
  • Proficiency with Agile tools (i.e. Rally, AHA, JIRA, etc)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HL7, FHIR, CQL, and FHIR shorthand
  • Experience with Selenium, Ready API, Soap, postman or equivalent

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
