Responsibilities
• Responsible for the design, development and implementation of .NET web applications • Work with the Business Team to review requirements and to design the application that meets the Business Team's needs• Work with the other Development Teams to design, develop and implement web services for interfaces between the .NET application and other systems (e.g. Business Rules Engine, external systems)• Develop technical documentation for the implemented solution• Provide M&O support for the application

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience designing, developing and implementing Web-based .NET applications. • Minimum six (6) years' experience on government IT project(s.;

Desirable Qualifications • Ten (10) years' experience performing unit testing of Web applications. • Ten (10) years' experience using SQL Server.• Experience analyzing and managing the implementation of a business rules management system. • Demonstrate an ability to work in an Agile fashion where not all requirements may be identified prior to particular design/development activities. • Experience mentoring other application developers/programmers to help troubleshoot issues or identify alternative development approaches.
