Play a critical role in connecting Sugar Market to its many partners and data sources. In addition to integrations with the leading CRMs and other marketing data sources, lead an onshore and offshore team while working on challenging integrations to and from the Sugar Market platform with our ever growing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Managing both on-shore and off-shore resources.
• Ensuring that best practices are adhered to in the development of the software application following Agile methodology.
• Coordinating various initiatives around process and strategy.
• Managing subordinate day-to-day workload and responsibilities.
• Ensuring that project/department milestones/goals are met.
• Design and develop integrations with customers, partners, and engineers regarding CRM and other types of integrations
• Lead technical discussions with customers, partners, and engineers regarding CRM and other types of integrations
• Design and implement custom integrations to the Sugar Market platform
• Provide team leadership for existing integrations as an escalation path from support
• Develop and test code written in Microsoft .NET

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering (or related field) or foreign equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET development
• Prior experience and/or certifications integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs using both SOAP and RESTful approaches
• Experience with automated unit testing highly desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact directly with customers
• Exceptional problem solving and resolution skills
