We are building a virtual assistant for front-line agents that can analyze message content in real-time. The tool will leverage AI models to determine the intent of the conversation and surface useful customer data as well as articles related to their issue. Agents will be able to instantly access the resources they need to resolve the customer’s issue, resulting in shorter call times and a more streamlined customer experience.
As a Senior Front End Developer on this project, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of innovative applications developed for our clients. You will team with solution architects and developers on the translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements, and subsequently into technical design.

The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
- You have a customer-first mindset and focus on what is possible versus what is standard practice in the industry
- You can work closely across a variety of teams, including product managers, interaction designers, and backend engineers
- You have proven experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
- You’re always ready to roll up your sleeves and immerse in the details
- Technical background in HTML, SASS, or LESS
- Experience working with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience writing unit test cases
- Experience executing cross-browser, platform, and device manual and automation testing
- Familiar with concepts such as hooks, lifecycle methods, RxJS, and state management
