Salesforce System Administrator
Based on the evolving situation with Covid-19 we are mostly remote, this includes the hiring process. We are in the process of moving to a hybrid of onsite and remote with some positions remaining 100% remote.
Why This Role Is Important To Arcadia
Arcadia is looking for a Salesforce System Administrator to support our Salesforce system and investments in our growth operations tech stack. As the Salesforce Administrator you will work cross-functionally to identify, develop and deploy new business processes and promote adoption of the platform. The Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform and its connectivity to the broader Arcadia data ecosystem.
As part of this role, the successful candidate will also work closely with the Growth Team Operations Director to identify ways to drive effectiveness and efficiency within our sales team, as well as the Operations team to support client relationship management.
From day-to-day support and troubleshooting, to supporting integrations between systems and implementing processes to empower our sales team, our ideal candidate is someone who can balance many projects simultaneously while taking the lead in collaborative work to bring projects to life.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months- Learn the sales process and deal lifecycle to uncover areas for optimization.- Learn about our solutions suite and markets we serve.- Review and understand systems currently integrated with our Salesforce instance.- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.- Become familiar with the pricing model to understand the CPQ back-end build.
In 6 months- Become an expert in the growth tech stack and produce a map of all integrations with Salesforce.- Become an administrator and expert of Arcadia's Tableau CRM investment.- End-to-end project management, implementation, and post-go live support of Conga Contract.- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand areas for improvement and develop an optimization roadmap.- Create, update, and maintain new and improved Salesforce dashboards and reports to support various organizational stakeholders.- Work closely with Marketing Operations to optimize campaign outputs, develop related reporting, and review trends to support more effective pipeline build.
In 12 months- Become a key member of the organization as the central point of contact for Salesforce and all integrated systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATION
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to proactively administer and maintain our Salesforce instance.
- Self-manage to come up with pre sprint technical design and optimization projects and activities.
- Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and design. Ensure declarative implementation work meets user requirements and doesn't degrade other business processes on the platform.
- Build and maintain custom objects/ fields, validation rules, layouts, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, chatter groups, Lightning flows, email templates, and integration of sales enablement tools to optimize business processes.
- Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable business and security standards.
- Drive admin activities to meet schedules and timelines. Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met.
- Research problems discovered by Stakeholders, QA or Product team and collaborate to develop solutions to the problems.
- Maintain knowledge of latest releases, upgrades, and security concerns raised in each cycle for our implementation.
- Help develop and implement training for end-users. Create and maintain all training materials and guides for processes related to Salesforce.com business applications
- Ability to use out-of-the-box SFDC functionality as well as building custom solutions or implementing App Exchange applications to optimize our instance.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Own the reporting and dashboard roadmap, development, and maintenance for the system.
- Support and train end-users.
- Handle provisioning, de-provisioning and access requests and manage application license needs by proactive planning and auditing.
- Execute data quality and data cleansing remediation efforts.
- Help administer technologies across the Enterprise Apps tech stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Consensus, Loopio, etc.)
- Produce and deliver standard sales and operational reporting materials on a routine basis.
- PROCESS & TOOLS
- You must be able to:
- Be an expert with both Salesforce Classic and Lightning versions.
- Be familiar with core sales processes and underlying methodology.
- Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce and data management processes.
- Competency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement, increased efficiency and productivity.
- Salesforce CPQ experience is preferred.
- Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) experience is preferred.
- Conga Contract system experience is preferred.
What You'll Bring
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- BA/BS Degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a high-functioning sales organization.
- Experience in a Healthcare-focused vendor environment preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer relation, organizational, technical, and project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and able to learn other programs, as needed.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and generate recommendations for improvement.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing policies and programs that drive improved sales performance.
- Able to independently plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse and deadline-driven workload.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can be applied to all levels of the organization.
- Familiar with the enterprise sales process preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate to various stakeholders effectively and clearly, both within and outside the organization, with professionalism.
- Must thrive on the excitement and challenge of being on a lean and busy team.
