What You’ll Bring to The Team:

At Florence we’re passionate about making it easy for our customers to contribute to research and find cures.

You will:

• Conduct software demonstrations in the pre-sales process for research sites, sponsors and CROs.
• Be a solutions expert and develop a deep understanding of software workflows in clinical research.
• Provide technical input and expertise towards RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Advocate for prospects and customer needs to the Product team.
• Be a SME for Marketing and assist with blog posts, webinars, website content.

An Ideal Candidate Has:

• Clinical research experience
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with software 
• Critical thinking skills 
• Ability to lead and effectively conduct virtual meetings 
• Ability to work independently as well with a team
• Ability to improvise and perform under pressure 
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Note: An "engineering" degree is not a requirement (just to be clear)
• Bonus. Any exposure to Life Sciences systems such as CTMS, EDC, etc.

Location. In Eastern or Central US time zone. (can be 100% remote)
