Who We Want
Our team is seeking a RPA Developer. This position will work to help Arrive Logistics modernize operations by building software automations and analytics insights that automate processes across the business. This includes providing support throughout the full automation development life cycle.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test and deploy new RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools, such as UiPath.
- Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
- Map original processes in order to explore, identify and test innovative automations
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, process documentation, user acceptance test plans, process monitoring, issues, resolutions and enhancements within Atlassian Confluence and code version control within Github.
- Perform end-to-end testing and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
- Create and document test procedures and scenarios for user acceptance tests.
- Work in a project based organization to deliver within defined project plan and constraints, as well as communicating any identified project risks.
- Monitor the performance and execution of existing production processes in UiPath Orchestrator to guarantee the expected business results by developing and maintaining dashboards to demonstrate process return on investment
- Schedule, scale, and monitor the balance load of the developed solution to meet agreed SLAs effectiveness with business units.
- Proactively identify and analyze any deviations, anomalies, or performance issues in the automation solutions and conduct in-depth root cause analysis of issues, troubleshoot, propose and implement effective solutions working closely with the senior developer team as needed.
- Investigate and conduct detailed analysis of RPA Incidents and process exceptions by applying a strategic approach to root cause analysis.
- Understand objectives for stakeholders, clients and Arrive whilst aligning own performance to objectives and sets personal priorities.
- Develop themselves by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency, such as completing the UiPath Platform new releases courses.
- Build relationships and communicate effectively in order to positively influence and educate peers, automation stakeholders and UiPath related vendors.
- Work effectively in diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture where everyone is supported, respected and recognized for their contribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields is preferred
- 2+ years experience developing automations
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts including workflow design.
- Experience mapping, optimizing and designing process
- Experience developing automations with UiPath
- Experience utilizing SQL, Python and/or Javascript a plus
- Experience building dashboards in PowerBI or data visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- UiPath Advanced Certified Developer is a plus, or the ability to be certified within 3 months of being hired.
- Familiarity with document understanding and Google Workspace activities package.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Experience in automation monitoring is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Jira as a project management tool.
- Basic knowledge of GitHub version control system.
- Bilingual - Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
