The Role

CRBO Product Area in Asset Management Technology is seeking a tenured Tech lead to drive technical solutions for the Innovation squad. This is a unique squad that focuses on business problems that require innovative solutions, while using different new and cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for a technical leader with strong engineering focus and passion to learn and implement new technologies and solutions. The tech lead is expected to be the voice of technology team and represent the squad in terms of designs and solutions along with the Squad lead.

Role will also involve guiding the team as we go through the roadmap, making sure that we are following engineering standards and developing in scalable and reusable ways.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience developing in Java
• Experience working in Python will be of added advantage
• Extensive working experience in Rest based Microservices architecture.
• Working experience in Cloud based infrastructure and Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Understanding of the Asset Management domain is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile team.
• You have great collaboration skills and can work with different partners and drive business solutions.
• Out of the box problem solving skills and willingness to learn and experiment new technologies
• Proactive working style with ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities at once.
• Possess good inter-personal skills and can articulate your thoughts and questions clearly.
• You have the ability to lead and mentor team with compassion.
