 WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: 

Analyze, design, and develop innovative software solutions for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500, as well as for Point B 

Focus on shaping/architecting new solutions that enable our clients to recoup the value of their Microsoft Power Platform investments.

Leverage the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 suite of tools to give clients solutions that will provide insights needed for their business decisions and strategies 

Work with Point B colleagues to identify opportunities and sell engagements that use the Power Platform suite of tools

Provide technical leadership to team members such that vision, requirements, and design are translated into technical product 

Work with partners within and outside of Point B to design and deliver best-in-class solutions 

Stay on top of emerging technology trends, and methodologies

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE: 

Completed 5+ projects including discovery, capture requirements, engage subject matter experts and stakeholders, translate requirements, and configure Microsoft solutions and apps 

Provided technical oversight and leadership to team members in delivering Microsoft solutions and apps 

Demonstrated experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power BI, and Power Automate. 

Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in written form 

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion effectively 

Demonstrated experience working with at least one other platform or technology stack (other than Power Platform)

Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking, as well as openness out-of-the box solutions 

Stays up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announcements and virtual conference information 

Have a keen sense of designing automation solutions for organizational processes, taking into account impact on both processes and people 

5 years of experience developing software solutions using Microsoft technologies

Supported software sales, preferably within a consulting environment 

Worked effectively as a technologist in one or more industries and business areas 

Experience/exposure to processes in one or more types of business departments (e.g., HR, Finance, etc.)

(Nice to have) Experience in SQL, Java, Python, CSS, NodeJS, or R programming languages 

(Nice to have) Achieved the Microsoft PL-200 Functional Consultant Certification or cumulative years experience with Microsoft technologies 

Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree in a quantitative subject (computer science, engineering, mathematics, sciences, economics, etc.)

Ability to work from home

Ability to travel up to 25%
