Job Description
The Human Resources function at JPMorgan Chase is shifting to a product-focused way of working. We are making this change so that we are fully organized around our customers to deliver personalized experiences throughout all of an employee or manager journey. This shift is a change in the way we organize and prioritize the work that needs to get done to ensure a higher quality output for our customers. The Human Resources Product Organization sits within Corporate Human Resources and plays an important role in driving our transformation. The organization will lead our efforts to identify outcomes, goals and measures of success across all of our products applying agile principles, continuous discovery and a common set of data architecture and delivery tools
Job Summary
As an experienced functional lead, you will be solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the of the employee lifecycle specifically with Oracle Human Capital Management, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders daily to stay focused on common goals and priorities. You will lead a team to enhance, optimize and simplify the employee experience from recruit to retire.
Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain business processes (e.g. configuration documents, JIRA practices, SR tracking, etc.)
  • Talent management, ability to cultivate a motivated, organized, and collaborative team
  • Ensure security and release process are followed, reduce risk
  • Protect and ensure data privacy and regulations are maintained
  • Actively apply lessons learned and acquired knowledge to limit PROD defects
  • Meet design deliverables and deadlines, consistent follow through and working independently (self-starter)
  • Actively manages Service Requests (1bd) Actively raises issues to impacted teams


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Human Capital Management CoreHR / ORC / Talent / Payroll / Learn, Oracle digital assistance
  • Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL experience is desired
  • Experience with functional testing of the enhancements (reducing / minimizing defects)
  • Experience with agility practices and methodology
  • Experience reviewing Oracle release notes in advance and conducts impact analysis
  • Maintain system training and knowledge to ensure design is optimal, holistic, and thorough
