The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly-skilled Network Engineer to join our Operational Technology (OT) Network Engineering Team. Interested professionals should be motivated by groundbreaking technologies, being a champion for change, and have a vision for identifying and aligning technology solutions to help support business opportunities!

As the OT Network Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing/engineering network solutions that will collaborate with P&G manufacturing systems and networks including firewall, LAN, and wireless services.
• Providing certification testing and lifecycle management of network solutions used in the OT space.
• Lead teams of technical, multi-functional resources to mitigate security concerns, architecture issues, and vendor defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like network, cloud, and security groups to ensure Enterprise compliance, high availability and long-term viability of key solutions.
• Providing fourth-level network Incident Management in collaboration with Network Operations; with the main focus on service restoration.
• Building support documentation and delivering training to Network Operations staff.

Qualifications

Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:

• 5 years of experience working with a TCP/IP network
• Advanced knowledge of Industrial Ethernet networking used in manufacturing environments
• Advanced knowledge of networking infrastructure suppliers and service offerings including; Cisco, F5 Networks, Juniper, Checkpoint, Palo Alto
• Demonstrable understanding of network load balancers and firewalls
• Expertise with the following operating systems; Cisco IOS/NXOS, Juniper JunOS, Linux, Unix, Microsoft
• Familiarity with IT governance standards and compliance including ITIL, PCI, and SOC
• Strong customer service skills. Good temperament, ability to handle stressful situations, and provide customer-facing support in a professional manner.
• Strong analytical skills, able to use complex data to find opportunities, recognize problems and draw logical conclusions.
