Mindex's Software Development division is the go-to software developer for enterprise organizations looking to engage teams of skilled technical resources to help them plan, management, requirements planning, design, architecture, development, testing, and support navigate, and execute through the full software product lifecycle, including project.

We seek a .NET developer to work with the front-end development team and database architect, bridging the gap between user experience, 3rd -party vendor integration, and technical implementation. The overarching objective is to deliver a product, solution, workflow, experience for internal customers, and an unparalleled experience for our industry-leading Clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Determines customer requirements using problem analysis and critical thinking skills; defines and develops clear problem statements that represent customers' needs and requirements in collaboration with the team
• Design and develop technical software solutions including software architecture
• Contribute to examining systems flow, data usage, and work processes
• Writes and performs testing that aligns with a methodology, assists in determining the scope for testing requirements agreed-upon by the team
• Identifies and fix bugs. Assists the Senior engineers in the development process of the solution to fix bugs and address customer concerns
• Documents each aspect of an application as a reference for future upgrades and maintenance
• Leads cross-functional meetings within the team to determine dependencies and blocks to ensure effective and efficient implementation of solutions
• Validates code quality as an active participant in pull requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Centered Design, Web and Mobile Computing, or related technical field. Experience in place of formal education will be considered.
• Previous software development experience (three+) in an enterprise/product environment
• Three+ years of C#
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Knowledge of service patterns (RESTful, microservices)
• Three+ years of SQL experience (language not SQL Server)
• One+ year leading team of developers (highly desired)
• Experience building, testing, deploying, tuning
• Knowledge of cloud methodologies (designing for resiliency, scalability, fault tolerance, etc)
• Strong critical thinking / problem-solving skills and capable of solving multiple parts of complex problems independently and with team members.
• Robust communication and presentation skills.
