The Client Group is comprised of Retail and Institutional Sales, Client Services, Business Development Groups, Marketing, with over 500 staff globally, concentrated in the US, Europe, Asia-ex Japan, Australia, and Japan.

IT Job Description:

We are seeking a Nashville based Mulesoft Developer to join our CRM Team in Client Group Technology.

Describe the role:

Develop and configure our API management platform providing strategic enhancements as well as production support.

Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports:

This role will be in support of a broad revamping of our data and toolsets for the Client Group that needs to take place to fuel our future growth globally across channels. This includes the improving the data structures, bringing together client interactions, sales, content, readership, and third-party data sets, to enable more nimble, effective, and predictive business intelligence, a re-organization and simplification of our CRM, and the build out of new front-end tools for our global Sales teams. This role will be key for continuing to deliver changes for our Salesforce.com instance and associated applications.

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key job responsibilities include leading full development lifecycle and production support for CRM platform.

  • Provide technical support in the development and continual improvement of service.
  • Understands a broad spectrum of technology in order to provide part or all of a detailed technical design which meets customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with our internal and external technology and business partners to implement product changes.
  • Provides technical support and input on the application of technology to a defined business segment.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.

Job Qualifications (The ideal candidate should have the following):

Qualifications, Experience, Education:

  • At least 5+ years of rigorous design and programming experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on Mulesoft experience
  • Experience with full project life cycle, requirement analysis, design, development, test and support.
  • Expert knowledge in XML, SOAP, WSDL, RAML
  • Hands on experience in large scale API and SOA design, development, and deployment.
  • Experience with API management technology
  • Strong relational database design/development skills
  • Track record of working on complex projects under aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics



Skills:

  • Data analysis and reconciliations
  • Strong Excel capabilities
  • Familiarity with SQL, databases
  • Web technologies and Scripting
  • Knowledge of Security, Auditing and Performance Monitoring
  • Understanding of design patterns / design principles - end to end design thinking



Special Knowledge (if applicable):

  • Experience with integration with Salesforce (Preferred)
  • Certified Mulesoft (Developer / API Design Associate preferred) or equivalent experience
