ResMed is seeking a Front-End Web Developer to join the Marketing Technology team. Under the direction of the Sr. Mgr. Marketing Technology, the ideal candidate will be an experienced developer who has a deep skill-set in cross-functional teamwork, web and email development, marketing technology implementation, technical projects and website optimization. They will collaborate with global teams and agencies on marketing projects such as website management, landing page creation, webinar support and marketing automation campaigns

This role can be remote (preferably on the west coast) with travel 2-3 times a year to San Diego, CA.

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop components for web pages within WordPress as well as landing pages and emails within Marketo
• Develop and maintain static pages built in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP
• Develop lead-gen forms that map via API to databases like Marketo and SFDC or local MySQLs
• Maintain/Update interactive tools that integrate within the website
• Identify opportunities to evolve the use of web and digital marketing technologies and best practices
• Accountable for meeting project deadlines and collaborating with creative services and marketing teams on project definition, scoping and delivery
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to assess the technical feasibility of site mockups, and implement final designs
• Write technical requirements for documenting and managing web processes.
• Assist with adjusting/developing code for emails and/or web pages to meet ADA WCAG 2.2 guidelines
• Manage the performance of website using tools like SEMRush, Akamai
• Create and maintain code library through Bitbucket
• Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures, consumer privacy and system performance

• 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE:
• Developing code in a range of web technologies. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Vue.js, PHP, JSON
• Implementing and supporting Websites and/or Web Applications leveraging a variety of core technologies such as HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, DNS, Server-Side Logic/Sessions, Databases.
• Developing code for systems like WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo, SFDC
• Coding for ADA guidelines
• AWS Services, Infrastructure and usage of Management Console
• GA/GTM - setting up tracking scripts, campaign tagging, producing and analyzing reports, navigating accounts and views, and generating insights from information gathered
• Monitoring changes in Google algorithms and updates.
• Optimizing websites from a technical perspective for things like site structure, canonicals, metatags, hreflang, site indexing
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, active contribution to team issues, support of team members and sharing of relevant information
• Excellent English language skills and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated liaison, consultation and negotiation
• EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Required:
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Web Software Development or related disciplines
• 5+ years' experience of applied web development and demonstrated expertise in building websites
• 5+ years working with CMS and Marketing Automation Systems such as WordPress, Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot
• Front-End developer with understanding of UX/UI design
• Preferred:
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
• GA Certifications
• 1+ years working with ADA
• Full Stack development experience
