THE OPPORTUNITY

The Core team Tech Lead will lead a team of passionate engineers, partner with Product, Design, QA, and business teams to architect and deliver high quality, scalable, and flexible software solutions.

What You'll Do

• Be a hands-on part of a multidisciplinary team to build next-generation software products (full-stack) and solutions
• Be accountable for delivering and supporting applications in a production environment
• Lead a fully agile development process with frequent releases
• Keep the team aligned on OKRs and other business objectives
• On-board, train, and mentor team members and provide architectural guidance
• Author technical documents and artifacts for developed software

What You Bring

• 5+ years of relevant production work experience
• Experience with GoLang or Java
• Deep understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience developing fault-tolerant, scalable, and secure applications using best practices, modern tools, and architectural patterns. 
• Experienced with modern front-end web or mobile development
• Experience with Node.js related web frameworks, GraphQL and keeping GraphQL performant
• Practical software engineering experience
• Solid knowledge of SQL

Nice To Have

• Direct work with AWS services and tools
• JavaScript, TypeScript and React/React Native
• Experience with Payment integration (Stripe), CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc…), PMS (Property Management Systems, Yardi), Accounts, identity, and access (MFA)
